We are delighted to invite you to the fifth biennial International Conference on Regulation and Enforcement in the Digital Age (REDA) 2025, taking place on May 26–27, 2025, in Nicosia, Cyprus. This conference, organized by the University of Cyprus School of Law and European University Cyprus School of Law, will delve into contemporary challenges in Internet law, focusing on topics such as AI and the Law, Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Cybercrime, Cybersecurity, and recent developments in e-commerce and platform regulation (DMA & DSA).

The conference is recognized for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) by the Cyprus Bar Association, offering 10 accredited CPD units.

Welcome to the REDA2025 Conference webpage

REDA is a biennial International conference on Internet law that explores and presents contemporary issues and challenges related to this area of law, with emphasis on copyright law, data protection, e-commerce, consumer protection, and cybercrime. The conference had already been held with tremendous success in 2015, 2017 2019 and 2023 with specialists (academics, practising lawyers) arriving from all over Europe in order to participate to the conference.

In all conferences a book publication followed with Springer International.

The 2025 conference is expected to elaborate once again on important topics in this area of law as well as bring forward new issues for discussion such as AI and the Law,  Data protection law, Intellectual property in the electronic context, Cybercrime and cybersecurity, recent developments in e-commerce law: the DMA, recent legal developments relating to platforms: the DSA, aiming to attract once again specialists from all over the EU.
